Each training last for around 7hours ,
Bored + Tired :(

Shall talk about how i should spend my day at home today .
Basically everyday's the same routine ,
You see ,
Wake up - Wash up - Reply smses - Go online - Watch tv
And i finished my day =x
Sigh ...
